Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day change of mind returns policy.

Refunds will be issued under the following terms:

• Product must be returned in its original packaging and saleable condition – the same condition it was received in.
• Product must be unused and unopened.
• Proof of purchase required
• Returns incur a restocking fee of $45
• All returns must be authorised and have an assigned RMA number.

As long as the above terms are met, we will issue a refund to your original payment source after we receive your return.

If a product is faulty, different from its description or appearance in imagery or does not do what it was advertised to do, we will accept a return and provide a replacement or refund.

All returns must be authorised.
An RMA number will be provided once you contact us. Any items returned without an RMA will incur an unauthorised refund processing fee of $80.

Processing Time

Change of mind returns: 5 working days.

Warranty claims: 5 working days after a resolution from the manufacturer.
