What are the delivery charges?
A delivery charge is calculated at checkout based upon the weight and dimensions of products purchased.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours of purchase.
Delivery times may vary based upon your location, regional deliveries usually take longer. Allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer.
If you are purchasing bulky items or are located in a remote area, you may need to collect from a depot.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
If you are in a remote regional area we cannot guarantee shipping to the door. You may need to collect items from your nearest depot.
Can I pick up my order?
We operate as an online only business, pick-up is not possible.

All returns must be authorised. An RMA number will be provided once you contact us. Any items returned without an RMA will be subject to an unauthorised refund processing fee of $80.
